Your reporting shows which appointments were booked, completed as verified sits, sold and credited. If a $20 sit later becomes a collected sale, the additional $30 brings that appointment’s total bonus to $50.

How and when am I paid?
Results On Demand pays agents weekly, one week behind. Each pay cycle covers the previous approved workweek. Verified performance bonuses are included in the applicable weekly pay cycle after the required outcome is confirmed.
What does a qualified completed sit mean?
A completed sit is credited when the appointment meets campaign and decision-maker requirements, the Upstanding Roofing field representative completes the applicable inspection and presentation, and the outcome and attribution are verified in campaign systems.
Do I receive $20 plus $50 when an appointment sells?
Each appointment is paid at its highest verified outcome. A completed sit earns $20. When that appointment later qualifies as a collected sale, the total bonus becomes $50. If $20 was already paid, the remaining true-up is $30.
When does the collected-sale bonus qualify?
The $50 collected-sale bonus is earned after the eligible sale is verified and the required customer payment has been received and cleared in the company’s bank account. It is then included in the next applicable weekly pay cycle.
What schedule will I work?
The primary campaign schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Central Time. The first hour, 9:00–10:00 a.m., is a required camera-on team huddle held through a recurring Zoom link shared in Slack.
When does the next agent class start?
Results On Demand is building a 40-agent team and reviews completed applications daily. Selected applicants receive the next available training date directly from the recruiting team.
What happens in the daily huddle?
The team role-plays campaign conversations, practices objection handling, reviews calls, shares coaching and aligns on the day’s standards. It is a focused hour designed to help every agent become more confident and effective each day.
What equipment do I need?
A reliable computer, stable high-speed internet, dependable headset, webcam and quiet professional workspace.
Who recruits, manages and pays me?
Results On Demand, Inc. is the employer for this position. Results On Demand recruits, hires, onboards, manages and pays the remote calling team. Upstanding Roofing is the client campaign supported and is not the employer for this role.
Is prior experience required?
Relevant experience is helpful. Communication, availability, equipment, reliability, coachability and role fit are also considered.
What happens after the Meta Instant Form?
Complete the required Hireflix video interview using the same name, email address and WhatsApp number you submitted through Meta. Results On Demand reviews candidates who complete both steps.
